Our Story
In 1989 we began a new life on a Maine farm. The uniqueness of this historic property on an enormous pristine lake brought delight to us and our children and gradually we realized that we wanted to share our special corner of the country with others.
So - we started talking and planning until in 2017 we began permitting for our RV park and campground. After being granted our Maine DEP permit in 2019, we broke ground, worked through COVID and in the summer of 2023 we hosted our first guests. Now we are looking forward to a great camping season in 2024!
The Owners
BLRV is family owned and operated by Mark and Wesla Ranalli with assistance from their son, Weston. We are avid outdoor enthusiasts and lifelong small business owners. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay great!
Property History
This farm was founded around 1870 and has been in production for most of its history. It has seen many animals and different crops with beans and potatoes being the most common. With 60 acres of open field, we currently use a small portion to market garden with pumpkins being our main crop.
